Seat Covers
We have access to a large range of fabric and leather on stock which allows us to by pass long OEM waits. Covers are built to your specification, with light weight and durable materials to a full VIP design with bespoke stitching and corporate livery. We offer a popular high comfort design, upgrading passenger seats for long haul flying with padded covers and head rests. Small quantities, larger orders and antimacassars are all supported and provided with necessary modification approval and burn test certification.
Modifications
Seats can be modified to specification, we work with TSO 9G or 16G seats to regulatory requirements. Popular modifications include re-working of standard assembles for overwing installation. Plug in tables manufactured and installed for front rows. Installing IFE items from existing seats into refurbished seats and the transferring of crew call and light buttons. We work to modernise existing seats, upgrading the cosmetic design with slim line cushions and new armrests. Engineering
All our repair, refurbishment and modification work is provided with EASA/FAA certification. Design changes to your cabin can be supported with engineering packages with all the necessary manual updates, installation drawings and certification. We partner with the best Pt21 design companies in the industry matching their specialist expertise with the demands for each project. Offering structures, interiors and avionic systems work. This can be a simple cover change, to new LOPA drawings or full cabin IFE integration. The design work all strives to quality, innovation, flexibility and cost effective solutions

CONFIGURATION CHANGES
The layout of the cabin changes several times over the aircraft life cycle, adapting to new markets, consumer demands and changing technology. Adding additional passenger seats or converting a dual class to a full economy configuration is a popular method for maximising revenue. To replace a full shipset is very costly when only a few rows are needed. Through our extended network we are able to locate the exact part numbers rather than procuring whole sets of seats. We modify the seat assemblies's trim and finish to match existing livery and provide the same cosmetic finish across the cabin. We also provide leasing of aircraft seats for customers that require short terms solutions from 3-12 months. This gives airlines the flexibility to operate their desired configuration whilst waiting for delivery of new seats or assist ACMI carriers looking to win long term contracts.
